Order Processing

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise. Almost all orders are shipped the next business day, however please allow up to five business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays) during peak periods. Delivery of merchandise may take from one to eight additional days via regular Ground UPS, and USPS Priority Mail depending on the delivery zone. Orders shipped via USPS Parcel Post may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, due to an out of stock situation, we will notify you via E-Mail.

Backorders

We make every effort have all of our products available for immediate shipment. However, unforeseen out of stock situations do periodically occur which may result in a backorder or cancellation of items. Jensco.com will contact you should this occur to offer you the option of canceling your order or waiting for the item to become available. You will not be charged for any backordered item until the item is shipped to you.

Special Orders

We welcome special orders. Please note that special orders from our vendors may take additional time to process if the product is not part of the regular Jensco.com or TheKitchenDrawer.com assortment.
