Shipping Information

Once your order leaves the Jensco Inc. warehouse, you will be notified of the method of shipping and the tracking number of the package.

You may track your package online using the tracking feature provided on your order status page. Delivery may take 5-7 business days, or up to several weeks for items which must be shipped via Parcel Post. We stand behind our chosen carriers, but understand that we cannot control their delivery schedules.

Please review our Shipping Options. Please be aware that for faster day-definite delivery express shipping is available upon request.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico you will receive your order via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that due to shipping regulations concerning aerosol containers and materials considered hazardous, chemical orders shipping to AK, HI, PR and APO addresses must be shipped US Mail - parcel post. Parcel post transit time may vary based on destination, so please plan accordingly! Air/express Delivery is not available on Chemical items.

If there is a delay in shipping, due to an out of stock situation, we will notify you via E-Mail.

We are pleased to offer shipping to Canada and other international destinations. Please note there is a $3.00 surcharge added to all orders shipped to Canada in addition to our regular shipping charges.Orders shipping to desinations other than USA or Canada will be emailed with shipping cost for approval. All international orders may incur a duty charge, which varies by destination, which is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
